Recently on Holmes + Holmes our cork-spray insulation was featured on Season 2 Episode 4 “What Goes Up Must Come Down” aired on October 28th, 2018. Mike Holmes has used spray-applied cork insulation in many of his television shows. It can help insulate it from the outside or the inside like in the video above. It can be applied over any surface — wood, brick, stucco, steel, aluminum siding, vinyl siding, shingles, etc. and the spray cork can match any colour and you can choose different finishes — from sandy to smoother finish. MJ Holmes felt that this product suited the garage space of the Country House featured in this episode.

SaskCork uses a high-quality cork spray so you can expect a natural fire-retardant (it has a Class B fire rating). Our cork spray is durable, environmentally friendly, it gives us a thermal break allowing heat out yet it’s a breathable product, and it works in any climate. If you are serious about energy conservation and keeping your house cool in the summer (and warm in the winter) consider cork spray, it is also water- and mould-resistant and if you live in an older house with no insulation, cork spray is a great alternative to having insulation installed and can cut energy bills by almost 40 per cent. It is also a flexible product, which means you won't see any cracks on the exterior of your home.
